Kota Rajda fusion restaurant, based in Milan, offers an extensive menu or Asian cuisine, divided into four main geographical areas:

  • Chinese specialities: Peking duck, spring rolls, Chicken with almonds and a wide selection of Chinese appetisers, first and second courses.
  • Japanese specialities: Sushi and Sashimi, mixed dishes, Maki, Tartare, Tempura, Tartaki and much more.
  • Indonesian specialities: traditional dishes from Javanese and Indonesian cooking, such as Nasi Goreng and Babi Guling fried rice.
  • Thai specialities: a whole series of dishes from Thai cuisine, traditionally prepared by experienced chefs.
